TERMS OF USE
Last Updated: February 8, 2019

You are responsible for keeping up with any changes to the terms of use. The latest terms will always apply regardless of when your actions occurred.

One or more warnings will be sent to those who are not complying to the latest terms of use, but after that action will be taken.

ORBA is at present officially a free tabletop RPG and meant to be online-only in mass distribution. Eventually the author (Robert Aronson) may sell ORBA or seek to produce hard copies of it. In the event either occurs this text will be updated.

You may create and mass distribute your own ORBA-based products, but may not include the core rules found on the official website unless you're bringing them up to be modified, or as part of an explanation of a new rule, etc.

You may print physical copies of ORBA's core rules (as found on the official website) but only for your own personal use, or the use of your game group. You may not print physical copies for mass distribution.

If you want to mass distribute ORBA then simply (and only) provide a link to the official ORBA website.

You may not sell ORBA-based products of your own without the expressed permission of ORBA's creator (Robert Aronson), and he reserves the right to demand a flat fee or royalties.

You may not sell the ORBA core rules (as found on the official website).

You are free to modify ORBA's core rules (as found on the official website) in your own ORBA-based products, but must always make it very clear that you are doing so.

Any ORBA products of your own must contain a link to the official ORBA website, and it needs to be easy to see and find.
