ORBA: ROLEPLAYING GAME SYSTEM

Chapter 3
Regarding Loot

Generally speaking, ORBA is not a game about acquiring loot. While new weapons and armor can certainly be found, the game by default doesn't have a money system, so getting stuff just to sell it doesn't accomplish anything. Therefore apart from weapons and armor, if an object is not predefined as being important to the adventure then picking it up should not be able to have any real effect on the adventure. Players are free to pick up miscellaneous objects and carry them as an act of roleplaying but not for any other purpose.

But if you're really desperate for something loot related beyond getting new, better weapons and armor, then see "OPTION: Special Dungeon Crawling Rules" later in this chapter.
